Couple of interesting results that demonstrated the Premier League is perhaps the toughest football league in the world as predicting the end result is repetitively complicated. Jose Mourinho’s profligate Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw against Southampton who looked composed defensively. The Clarets boldly battled from two goals down to clinch a valuable 2-2 draw at The Etihad, an impressive result for the visitors as many clubs fail to do so. The early kick-off saw two in form teams battled out dynamically at White Hart Lane for a goalless draw which had Hugo Lloris playing one of his best matches for Spurs. Evidently, the top three clubs failed to take advantage in the mouth-watering title race. Merseyside Blues, Everton continue their awful run with a 3-2 defeat at St James Park whereas The Gunners beat West Ham United with a narrow 1-2 score line.
Radamel Falcao – The Colombian forward was lively at White Hart Lane, only for Hugo Lloris’s dazzling saves denying him to find the back of the net.
Ashley Barnes – The Burnley forward rifled a thunderous strike behind Joe Hart that earned his side a magnificent point against Manchester City.
Danny Welbeck – The former Manchester United striker scored the winning goal by a close range finish, finding the back of the net after five matches.

Sadio Mane – The 22-year old midfielder broke the deadlock with a wonderful lop goal that handed The Saints the lead against Chelsea.
Eden Hazard – The speedy winger used his sublime skills to wobble Southampton’s defense and fired a spectacular grounder that earned his side the equalizer. Superb player for the fantasy premier league!
David Silva – The Spaniard is effortlessly finding the back of the net, a superb first touch and a tricky turn to lash home the opener against Burnley.
Fernandinho – A fabulous long strike to the top right corner by the Brazilian that had Tom Heaton no chance despite a full stretch.
Santi Cazorla – The rejuvenated midfielder converted the spot kick delightfully for The Gunners first goal against West Ham United.
George Boyd – The 29- year old winger tapped from close range to start the comeback of The Clarets.
Kevin Mirallas – The Belgian returned from injury in spectacular style, scoring a well-taken goal.
Riyad Mahrez – The highly rated youngster scored the winning goal against Hull City with an outstanding strike.
Federico Fazio – The 27-year old defender was composed at White Hart Lane when they sealed a goalless draw against Manchester United.
Mike Williamson – A wonderful assist that set up Cisse to fire in their opening goal!
Kieran Trippier – The Clarets full-back was dominant at the back and constantly burst upfront to help in attack.
Adrian San Miguel – Despite conceding two goals, he stood strong to avoid further humiliation by The Gunners. One of the best saves of the week, when he brilliantly stopped Santi Cazorla’s bullet drive.
Bradley Guzan – The towering American secured his sixth clean sheet of the season!
Hugo Lloris – The primary reason why Spurs got a crucial draw against Manchester United. The former France skipper made string of superb saves to deny The Red Devils, especially the fingertip stop of Ashley Young’s fine strike.
Robert Green – The England international made couple of decent saves to clinch their fourth clean sheet of the season.
